Home Network Solutions provides a variety of computer analysis and repair services. We come directly to your home so you don't have to bring your PC or laptop to us.
The best way to ensure your computer is operating at its best is to have it analyzed by our computer specialist. Depending on the amount of software used on your computer, this takes from 1 to 1 1/2 hours. During this initial analysis, some fixes can also be done by our technician or our technician can leave you with instructions to do your own fixes if you so choose. If we feel it would be less expensive for you to buy a new computer rather than get your existing one fixed, we will recommend that. We do not resell computers, so we do not recommend this option as a means to make money, but as a means for you to save money.

Virus or worm infection detection and repair.. Our approach to handle viruses and worms is to first figure out what you have. Because the repair of most viruses and worms can take many hours, with little being manually done by the technician, we choose to take the computer from your home, allowing the correction software to run, while the technician can monitor it and progress. Billing is a set price told before we take the computer, rather than based on time. All this would be explained to you before we begin work.
